Problem
What was breaking
Meridian sold through a public catalog and a sales inbox. Account prices lived in a spreadsheet. Warehouse staff printed emails. When stock was wrong, sales found out from the customer.
Solution
What we built
We built a B2B commerce system with signed-in catalogs, contract pricing, and an order desk for the warehouse. Inventory is a first-class record. Purchase orders, backorders, and shipping updates share the same order lifecycle.
Outcome
Buyers can place repeat orders without emailing a rep for every SKU. Warehouse staff work from a queue, and sales can see what is actually available before promising a date.
